Start with a conversation. No customer list or payment needed to enquire.

For the gap after the quote

A decision.
Or a useful next step.

You have measured, discussed the job and sent the price. Following up can slip behind surveys, installations and the next enquiry.

This pilot gives that work a clear owner and a defined end point. It is suitable when you have recent unanswered quotations and room to take on more work.

If you already have a reliable follow-up process, it may not be the right service for you.

The seven-day pilot

One agreed list.
Every next step recorded.

01

Organise the open quotes

Review up to 25 recent outstanding quotes. Agree eligibility, priorities, exclusions and the information needed to follow up.

02

Follow up by email

Prepare up to two relevant messages per quote. Send through an agreed, authorised route after approval, or provide drafts for your team to send. Stop when a customer declines or opts out.

03

Make replies useful

Track responses and flag questions, requested callbacks and changes of plan. Your team handles technical advice, prices and installation commitments.

04

Hand over a clear report

Receive the tracker, activity totals, responses and recommended next actions. Won work is recorded only when you confirm it.

each conversation stands.

Q-001

Question to answer

The customer asks about a different door finish. Next step: installer confirms the specification and any price change.

Q-002

Timing has changed

The customer wants to revisit the project later. Next step: record their preference and agree whether a reminder is wanted.

Q-003

No longer proceeding

The customer has declined. Next step: close the quote and stop follow-up.

These examples explain the output. They are not client records, testimonials or pilot results.

Price & boundaries

£600.
A defined piece of work.

£300 to start after the scope is agreed; £300 when the agreed pilot work is delivered. The seven working days begin once the records, permissions and contact route are ready. Any paid third-party service is agreed separately before it is used.

The pilot covers organisation, email follow-up and reporting. It does not include telephone answering, cold consumer campaigns, negotiating prices or a guarantee of sales. No ongoing subscription is required.

Delivery uses AI-assisted tools with agreed review points. Before receiving live records, we agree access, processing instructions, message approval and retention. Please do not send customer records in your first enquiry.

Work is booked only through a separate written agreement. We confirm suitability and capacity before accepting payment.
